The restaurant is located near the abbey, family run since 1999. The menu consists of typical savoury Tuscan dishes and some rural specialities from Emilia-Romagna.
Here you will enjoy traditional food like the glorious Fiorentina, the most famous Tuscan steak and recipes like bruschetta, panzanella, ribollita are the ideal compromise for those who are vegetarians but want to try the tasty Italian food. You cannot leave without trying a slice of Castagnaccio, a delicious cake made of sweet chestnut flour, sultanas and pine nuts, with a drizzle of olive oil and rosemary on the top. In Tuscany, chestnut trees were one of the main resources and we are keen to keep the tradition alive.
